Reporting a problem

Include your browser and operating system, video format, approximate file size and duration, selected output settings, and the exact error message. Explain what you expected and what happened. Do not include passwords, confidential material, or your source video unless you decide it is appropriate to share.

Try these steps first

• Keep the page open and make sure the website can be reached while the conversion engine loads.
• Try a 2–6 second clip with the Small preset.
• Use an H.264 MP4 if your browser cannot preview the current file.
• Download any finished GIF before refreshing or closing the page.
